Unfortunately, we are not able to refund purchased tickets, such as the Festival Pass. The laws regarding refunds do not apply when purchasing tickets to events. Once payment has been made, the purchase may not be refunded for any reason.

As far as other types of ordered items are concerned, you have the right to return them within 10 days from the date of purchase. The returned goods must be unused in undamaged condition and still in the original packaging. Return the purchased goods along with the return slip which you will find here.
