Rally Sweden’s 200 invisible heroes

200 landowners, a county administrative board and the whole of motorsport Sweden have now given the go-ahead for Rally Sweden in Umeå on 9–12 February 2023.
Next year it will happen even earlier.
- The dialogue from our side must start much earlier in order for it to work for all parties. It is a lesson we have taken with us and which we must develop further, says Rickard Johansson, safety and permit manager, Rally Sweden.

SVT broadcasts from the Rally Sweden

Just in time for this year's premiere of the Rally World Cup, it is clear that SVT will broadcast summaries from all World Cup competitions and be on site at Rally Sweden.
In addition to the classic summaries from all the races on the calendar, there will also be an extra effort during the weekend when Rally Sweden is decided with live broadcasts from several special stages.

World champion Kalle Rovanperä ready for Rally Sweden

Registration for Rally Sweden 2023 is now closed. 52 crews from 20 different countries will come to the WC party in Umeå 9-12 February. The reigning world champion and last year's winner Kalle Rovanperä will start as the big favourite.

Oliver Solberg is looking forward to Rally Sweden in Umeå

Oliver Solberg, Sweden's rally star, did not get an extended contract with Hyundai Motorsport in the WRC series. But the 21-year-old is now gaining ground in the German Toksports team, where he will get to drive a factory-new Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 in the WRC 2 class during the 2023 season. The first race will be Rally Sweden in Umeå 9-12 February.

Rally Sweden 2023, all rally fans will be offered free entry to the service area.

At the Umeå Service Park in the Nolia area, the spectators will get a unique insight from the absolute front row seat when the world's best rally teams work during the competition.
- In this way, we reinforce and create a crowd-friendly rally that is easy for spectators to absorb and witness up close, says Stefan Djerf, event director.
