Extended collaboration between Assemblin and Rally Sweden

Assemblin, the Nordic region’s leading installation and service company, will continue its partnership with Rally Sweden 2025, providing smart, sustainable, and technical solutions for both buildings and facilities.

Part of Umeå’s future development

“With Assemblin Umeå, we aim to contribute to the city’s goal of increasing its population in the future. Achieving this requires various types of establishments, and Assemblin plays a key role in that development. Rally Sweden, as a major event, represents another form of growth that benefits Umeå, and it is important for us to be part of that,” says Patrik Lundström, branch manager at Assemblin Umeå. He continues:

“It feels very reassuring to know that, with the expertise within our company, we can help make Rally Sweden an event that delivers a weekend full of experiences for the audience and visitors in our hometown.”

A key player in Red Barn Arena

Since Rally Sweden’s move to Umeå in the winter of 2022, Assemblin has been a key part of what has become the heart of the World Championship festivities—Red Barn Arena.

Located within walking distance of central Umeå, this event arena has been developed into a vibrant hub. It not only welcomes World Championship cars at full speed, concluding each competition day in front of the audience, but also hosts stage shows, live performances, beer tents, exhibition areas, and a VIP restaurant. All of this requires meticulous planning and a reliable power supply.

Assemblin ensures this by, as in previous years, being responsible for all necessary installations to successfully deliver the event.

A sustainable partnership

“Being able to continue our collaboration with a partner that not only completes a job but actively contributes to the event’s development—making Rally Sweden even better and more sustainable—is, of course, highly valuable. Assemblin and Rally Sweden share the same goal: to create the best possible conditions for everyone following the competition and celebrating the World Championship in Umeå, whether on-site or remotely,” says Peter Lindkvist, commercial manager at Rally Sweden.
