Länsförsäkringar offers an accessible grandstand at The Red Barn Arena

In collaboration with Länsförsäkringar Västerbotten, Rally Sweden will once again provide a specially built grandstand at the finish line just before the world's best rally drivers cross the finish line on the Umeå stages at The Red Barn Arena. The grandstand will be 23 meters long, with two tiers, accommodating around a hundred people who will get up close to the adrenaline-fueled rally action.

Rally Sweden strives to be more accessible for people with disabilities, and Länsförsäkringar’s involvement is in collaboration with parasports in Umeå and Västerbotten, where the insurance company, in addition to the grandstand seats, offers discounted and advantageous tickets to give everyone a chance to get closer to the rally.

Available to everyone

This will be the second year the grandstand is set up in this way, with a tent also placed adjacent to the grandstand – providing not only warmth but also offering various activities.

“It feels natural for us to collaborate with Rally Sweden. It’s exciting that the competition is a national and international affair, and for us, it feels particularly gratifying and important that we can contribute to inviting everyone,” says Martin Svensson, sustainability coordinator, Länsförsäkringar Västerbotten.
