SS Torsby 1 Historic has been cancelled

Since not getting the minus temperatures during the night that we had hoped for, the decision has been made to cancel today's SS Torsby 1 for the Historic event.

To be able to save the Torsby Stage throughout the weekend, being run both Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including a Power Stage, we need to make sure that the surface holds up for the WRC event.
