At the I20 area, you’ll find WRC’s newest and hottest arena, perfect for beginners, enthusiasts, and hardcore rally fans alike. Here is where Thursday’s opening ceremony takes place and all competition days conclude with spectacular jumps and high-speed straights – no matter where you stand, you’ll be able to follow the rally, the speed, and the stars from just a car’s length away. Enjoy the hottest atmosphere with food courts, VIP stands, DJ:s and live music. This is the place to experience the World Rally Championship, a party, and a family festival.

In the afternoon, all attention turns to The Red Barn Arena, where the official program kicks off with an event for all ages. There will be team presentations, line-ups, and autograph sessions with the top teams. The food court and restaurant tents open, setting the stage for an evening filled with excitement, including a spectacular fireworks display and a grand opening ceremony. The day wraps up with the finish of the first special stage, SS1 Umeå Sprint.

The Red Barn Arena opens at 4:00 PM. Enjoy the day’s stages on a big screen with live commentary, live music, restaurant tents, food vendors, and exclusive VIP areas. Over & Out takes over the stage at 6:00 PM and elevates the atmosphere. The competitions for the day conclude at the arena, and you’ll also have the chance to see the cars up close during regrouping.

The Red Barn Arena opens at 1:00 PM. Catch live broadcasts of the day’s stages on the big screen while enjoying live performances, great food, and drinks in the restaurant tents and food court. The program includes an award ceremony to honor the winners in the historic class before the final stages of the day finish at the arena. At 5:00 PM, Lia Larsson takes the stage and offers a wonderful atmosphere. After the action ends, the festivities continue in the restaurant tent with a DJ and live band playing late into the night.

It all comes down to this. The winner will be decided during Sunday’s three final stages. The last stage, the Power Stage, offers extra championship points to the top five drivers and finishes at The Red Barn Arena, where the podium and award ceremony will take place. The food court and expo area, featuring activities and exhibitors, will be open for a fun-filled day perfect for the whole family. You’ll also have the chance to meet the drivers and get a close-up look at the cars.

The map provides a clear overview of the arena’s key points. The main entrance, marked in blue at the bottom, and a separate VIP entrance are clearly indicated. Within the arena, you’ll find seating areas, designated jump zones, and a large stage with a screen for live viewing. Additionally, there are restrooms, parking areas, a first aid station, and an activity zone.
If you want, you have most things within walking distance. It’s just a short walk from the city centre to The Red Barn Arena or Umeå Service Park Nolia. Alternatively, you can hop on the city buses that run shuttle services between the centre and the Arena. During the competition days, you can ride for free on the local buses, Ultra, with your Rally ticket.
