The rally started for me today. Im having a lot of fun. I was a dream for me do jump the Colins Creast. But wasnt sure if I could because the engine is like a clock bomb. One time we stopped and they told me that we will not go to the end of the rally and maybe not the end of today. So when I saw Colins Crest I jumped and it was fantastic fun.
5. OTT TÄNAK / KULDAR SIKK
I went off the stage 12. This was my own fault. I missheard a note and we got stuck in the snow for a long time. I want to push but I have the wrong startposision today so that is very hard, But now I just go on.
7. NASSER AL ATTIYAH / GIOVANNI BERNACCHINI
Not easy. Happy to finish this four stages. Very important for me to get experience here as it is the first time with the car. Not used to the surface – everything here is different to what I am used to..
17. PETER VAN MERKSTEIJN / EDDY CHEVAILLIER
It was a really nice day. The sun is shining a lot of spectators. It was fun to drive. Very happy and I didn´t make any mistake. I can go faster but Im just relaxing.

So far so good. Its ok. Im trying to stay on the road.
12. ARMINDO ARAUJO / MIGUEL RAMALHO
No problems. Im doing small changes on the dumpers all the time. But no big problems.
60. SEBASTIAN OGIER / JULIEN INGRASSIA
Not a great end of first run thru stages. Had a puncture. I’m happy withy my driving today. Ofcours I miss the power from a WRC car but everything is working good. The drivingstyle is the same in a S2000 car. More ice today then excpected.
21. MARTIN PROKOP / ZDENEK HRÛZA
Is has been quite good for us today. No big mistake but on the last stage we hit something and we broke a wheel but the rest was ok. We must improve a bit to try and catch Patrik.

Det känns bra. Vi gjorde en liten justering igår så det gjorde att jag hade kvar körkänslan från igår så första sträckan i morse fick jag inte till någon känsla alls. Men så har det gått bättre och bättre för varje sträcka.
Feels good. We made a small adjustment yesterday so that made that I still had yesterdays feeling of the car so the first stage this morning didn’t go well. But after that is has been better and better for every stage.

Not so happy. Try to get sixth position and get some more points.
10. HENNING SOLBERG / ILKA MINOR
It´s ok. Driving as fast as I can. It is a little bit difficult because its cleaning up. Hoping for a better fight with Sebastian.
6. EVGENY NOVIKOV / DENIS GIRAUDET
Not bad. Its ok. Everything is fine. Just pushing that’s all.
15. MADS ØSTBERG / JONAS ANDERSSON
It not been any big issues. I think is going quite well. But when we went out this morning we had a puncture on one new tire. We are running a used righthand tire on the left rear and that has been a little bit tricky. But we have used it all way true but we try and push and do a good run.
4. PETTER SOLBERG / CHRIS PATTERSSON
Much varmer in the wheather – very different roads compared to yesterday. It is going better and better on this conditions. Have to watch for Mads and push for Mikko.
Helt nya förutsättningar med mycket snö och ett helt annat fore idag och jag har aldrig kört bilen i ett sånt fore. Men det går bättre och bättre och det enda vi ändrar på är dämparna. Får lov att se upp för Mads och gasa för att nå Mikko..
2. MIKKO HIRVONEN / JARMO LEHTINEN
I cant push a lot harder any more. We are very closed to the limit. But if we can just keep the speed. Im felling more confident with the car now. But its more gravel now and no snowbanks so I have to be careful.
3. JARI-MATTI LATVALA / MIIKA ANTTILA
Is going good. Have a good feeling. Mikko is pushing hard. The car works well and roads condition are ok. Nice to have a relaxed feeling.
62. ANDREAS MIKKELSEN / OLA FLOENE
It’s going good . Vargåsen was good but I stugle a little bit at Sågen stage. It’s more hard surface today so different from yesterday. We are not goi8ng to do any changes to the car.
33. PER-GUNNAR ANDERSSON / EMIL AXELSSON
The studs disappeared already on the first stage. Something makes it spin on the top and breaks the studs and makes it very slippery. Now we have to save on the tires but except that is everything OK.
Dubben på bakdäcken försvann redan på första sträckan i morse. Något gör att det spinner på toppen och att dubben bryts av. Vi får lov att hushålla med däcken, annars inga större problem.
32. CRAIG BREEN / GARETH ROBERTS
It has been a quite good day. Three fastest times this morning and showed some good speed so Im really pleased. A little bit slow on the on the sprint stage but otherwise it´s been really good. We will continue to push as we are going now.

Svårt för våras del. Inte alls komfortabel med bilen. Det har gått långsamt så vi ska ändra lite så provar vi att vara snabba nästa sväng i stället.

The guys are doing a good job today. Mads lost some time here and there but overall they are going to do a good job. I could continue to be a good battle with the others in top 4. Eyvind is doing exactly what we ask them to do. Eyvind want to change some settings in handling ut otherwise we continue in the same path. The car that Eyvidn is using is the same car that Mads is using i Norwegian championships this year- Ford Fiesta RRC. Easy to change- 1 hour work from RRC to WRC.

It’s going good at the moment. A good and clean battle with Mikko. Petter is not so far away either. Some small changes are going to be done at service but not much. Still a long way to go.
– Yves Matton – Citroën Total WRT
It’s going good, Mikko lost some seconds on the last long stage but the battle Is still on. Some small changes is going to be done to Mikko’s car.
Loeb is just keep on going without taking any big risk. It’s better that he holds the 6th place and get those points, instead of going off and loose it. You know at the end of the season this could be important. But I know he would like to try to put pressure on the guys in front of him.
Tires is the same for everyone on the second run of SS. Some tactic is going to happen.
