SS 9: Solberg won Sågen 1

The rally third overall Petter Solberg won the first run over the Sågen-stage and took another four seconds on his countryman and overall leader, Mads Ostberg. And behind the leader Østberg, Finnish driver Mikko Hirvonen once again cut the distance to the leader in half and is now less than four seconds behind the overall leader.

Swedish Hope PG Andersson picked up pace on today’s second stage and had the fourth best time. Anderson’s eight in the total standings, but a massive four and a half minutes behind because of yesterday’s flat tire.
Sebastian Loeb may find it hard to take his second victory in Rally Sweden where heis 2:39,1 behind Østberg, but you should never count out the sevenfold champion.
