Brynildsen switch to WRC Fiesta

Rally Sweden’s entry list has been expanded with an additional WRC car. Norwegian Eyvind Brynildsen (pictured) replacing his Skoda Fabia S2000 for a Ford Fiesta WRC. The amendment has been approved by the FIA, which means that 21 WRC cars are now included in the entry list. There are four more than in the recently concluded WRC premiere, the Monte Carlo Rally.

Also new is that the Norwegian driver Marius Aasen getting the wild card originally meant to Patrik Flodin. Flodin has withdrawn it´s entry and now the FIA ​​has approved the organizers to give the Norwegian Marius Aasen ability to conquer for World Championship points in the SWRC class in his Ford Fiesta S2000.

Rally Sweden’s second wild-card the clerk of the course Bertil Klarin handed out to the swede Pontus Tidemand, who will be competing in a Skoda Fabia S2000.
