    Västerbäck Close

Here, snowmobile spectators can watch the rally cars pass over a field at high speed, including a bridge crossing, before reaching a tricky right turn. They then continue past farmyards and some houses.

    Brännfors Close

This is the spectator area for those who want to experience a lot of rally, speed, and action in a convenient way.
At Brännfors, the next tricky right-angle turn awaits, but this time on a considerably wider road. As the rally road goes steeply downhill, this passage can be a bit tricky to get right. This large spectator area is easily accessible and has plenty of space for everyone who wants to watch the cars for a long time and experience the rally up close before the cars continue past a farm and further down towards the narrow bridge.
NOTE! No spectators are allowed to cross the bridge!

There are many good parking spaces close to the stage. If you have a valid accessible parking permit you can pass by all other parking areas and park closer to the stage. No accessible toilets available.

    Tväråbäck Close

If you want to see some really high speeds across the farm, take a short walk from the car park to see cars going flat out, before reaching the junction that marks the end of the spectator area. Note: The finish line cannot be reached on foot from the spectator path, as there is a water protection area close to the rally course between Tväråbäck and Önskanäs.

Stage description Stage description

The stage, which has become a classic since moving to Umeå, starts with a longer fast section over open fields and through farmyards before entering a forested section leading to the road change in Gullbäck. It's crucial to find the braking point before the right turn, where the stage runs on a wide fast road downhill before the turn. The stage continues on a fast village road towards the next road change in Brännfors – probably the rally's best spectator area – where the stage runs over open fields with a long view for the audience before the cars reach the narrow bridge over Tvärån, where it is very narrow and hilly. After the bridge, the road widens again and speeds up towards the road change in Tväråbäck. After the road change, the stage's fastest section follows, where the cars can stretch out significantly before the road change in Önskanäs. The last part of the stage goes through wooded areas and over open fields on a fast village road before finishing at Fällfors.

Safety information Safety information

Snowmobile – stay on the trail. All snowmobile traffic should stay on the trails within the competition area, and all ”free riding” must be avoided. Wild animals and reindeers can be frightened and run towards the rally stages.

Safety Areas. It is important where you as a spectator stand and walk. Stages can be cancelled immediately if you don’t respect the safety areas!

Don’t walk! It is forbidden to walk on the stage within 30 minutes of the stage start.

No Drone Zone. Unauthorized drones are prohibited for security reasons.

Look for the Green Light. The WRC-cars feature hybrid electric powertrains, that can generate high-voltage electrical current due to a crash or other incident. Before touching the car, look for the green light, only this shows that the car is safe.
