Stage description Stage description

Norrby is the stage that has become a true "rally gem" after the change from the 2023 route, keeping the initial 3 km. The start in Överrödå is at an elevation of 160 meters, and the first 3 km involve climbing through rhythmic curves and a few crests with a possible lift for us to the farms in Rengård. There, we find the somewhat notorious "Rengård rally corner" from last year, after which the stage's highest point is reached, nearly 60 meters above the starting point.

We now come to the new part of the stage, covering a few kilometers of straight forest road, and the pace picks up except for a couple of road changes towards Brattvall, where the stage connects to the public road. It turns eastward, changing its character once again, now opening up into the landscapes towards the village that gave the stage its name.

In Norrby, with its 90-degree road change, there is rallying between houses, barns, and large fields, mostly downhill. At high speed, the stage enters the wide curve into Hjuksbäck, and here it turns tightly around the house corners. There are a couple of kilometres left, and it continues with harmonious turns and gently undulating terrain until the finish after the road change in Milan.

Safety information Safety information

Snowmobile – stay on the trail. All snowmobile traffic should stay on the trails within the competition area, and all ”free riding” must be avoided. Wild animals and reindeers can be frightened and run towards the rally stages.

Safety Areas. It is important where you as a spectator stand and walk. Stages can be cancelled immediately if you don’t respect the safety areas!

Don’t walk! It is forbidden to walk on the stage within 30 minutes of the stage start.

No Drone Zone. Unauthorized drones are prohibited for security reasons.

Look for the Green Light. The WRC-cars feature hybrid electric powertrains, that can generate high-voltage electrical current due to a crash or other incident. Before touching the car, look for the green light, only this shows that the car is safe.
