    Brattby Close

The Brattby stage begins with a fast section leading to the first spectator area, easily accessible after a few hundred meters' walk from the community centre in Brattby. After the spectator area, there are excellent opportunities to follow the competitors through a technical portion with several small crests and S-bend combinations.

The stage then continues to a power line clearing where the audience can follow the cars for a longer stretch with gentle bends. At the spectator area where the road turns back into the forest, there is a larger snowmobile parking area.

    Västanbäck Close

A fairly fast but winding section of the stage leads to a steep downhill slope towards Västanbäck and an abrupt right turn onto the field. Here, there are nice spectator areas with parking possibilities. The best spectator areas are found towards the finish inside the forest, where the stage runs on a faster forest road with beautiful curve combinations and a road change where Takamoto Katsuta rolled during the 2023 rally.

Stage description Stage description

#42 Craig Breen, dominated the Brattby stage in 2023. And immediately after crossing the finish line, he jokingly said to a reporter, 'I should probably be the Mayor of Brattby.' The cheerful Irishman finished second overall in 2023 and was heading towards a fantastic season before tragically passing away on April 13, during training for the Croatia Rally. Missed by the entire rallying world, the least we can do is appoint Craig as the Mayor of Brattby and rename the stage to #42Brattby.

The stage begins with a fast section leading to the first spectator area, easily accessible after a few hundred meters' walk from the community centre in Brattby. After the spectator area, there are excellent opportunities to follow the competitors through a technical portion with several small crests and S-bend combinations.

Safety information Safety information

Snowmobile – stay on the trail. All snowmobile traffic should stay on the trails within the competition area, and all ”free riding” must be avoided. Wild animals and reindeers can be frightened and run towards the rally stages.

Safety Areas. It is important where you as a spectator stand and walk. Stages can be cancelled immediately if you don’t respect the safety areas!

Don’t walk! It is forbidden to walk on the stage within 30 minutes of the stage start.

No Drone Zone. Unauthorized drones are prohibited for security reasons.

Look for the Green Light. The WRC-cars feature hybrid electric powertrains, that can generate high-voltage electrical current due to a crash or other incident. Before touching the car, look for the green light, only this shows that the car is safe.
